Mr. Mills has over 30 years of senior management experience in the Healthcare and Petrochemical Industries. He is a national speaker on Healthcare Distribution and Alternative fuels in the Petrochemical Industry. Mr. Mills has addressed Congressional oversite committees as an expert in his field.
Mr. Mills served as Chairman of the Board of the Healthcare Industries Distributors Association. He earned his B.A. degree and his M.A. degree from the University of South Carolina.
Mr. Lawrence joined CyberFuels as President on February 16, 2021. Before that, he served as an Assistant Vice President at Bank of America focusing on the needs of small businesses like CyberFuels, and as VP of VirtualBank and Lydian Bank in their lending platforms. Mr. Lawrence is very familiar running larger organizations as he was also an owner of a billion-dollar mortgage origination company in the Northeast. For many years, Mr. Lawrence has spent substantive time in the energy and additive fuels markets having worked at Florida Fuel Connection and as the Director of Business Development at PSH, a venture capital firm focused on logistics, transportation operations and energy security. Mr. Lawrence’s industry knowledge, relationships, and capital raising skills gained over 30 years make him an integral addition to the organization.
Mr. Pybus is a Certified Public Accountant with a background in carrying out independent assessment of effectiveness of policies, procedures, and standards by which organizations financial, physical and information resources are managed; including recommendation of solutions for business processes and organizational problems, internal control analysis, and accurately communicating all deficiencies and recommendations to Senior Management. Ability to strategically set plan for the department based on performance of annual risk assessment including identifying the risk universe, assessing inherent risk and assigning a risk rating to auditable areas in order to optimize time and resources. He is familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and risk based approach used to determine areas that are both material and which pose a risk to reliable financial reporting, including scoping of financial statements, evaluating internal controls at the entity level, process and transaction level, as well as documenting the overall effectiveness of controls and areas for improvement.
Mr. Klipper has over 40 years’ financial advisory experience including 11 years with KPMG Peat Marwick and 10 years as a CFO for publicly traded companies. Mr. Klipper also served as the CFO for Fidelity Investments’ brokerage subsidiaries and CFO/CEO for JP Morgan Invest, JP Morgan’s on-line discount brokerage arm. He is well versed in accounting, mergers and acquisitions, financial operations, budgeting, financial planning and analysis, income taxes and corporate governance.
